Return and Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Policy – Maple and Home

To request a return or exchange, you must contact us via email at support@mapleandhome.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

We will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the item must be sent back in its original packaging and unused. If the product shows any signs of use, the return will not be accepted.

Note: If the request is not made within 7 days of receiving the order, the customer loses the right to return or exchange the product.

Maple and Home does not cover shipping costs for return or exchange requests.


Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation.


Return & Exchange Conditions

For your product to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • It must show no signs of use.

  • It must include all original packaging.

  • The item must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

  • Items that are damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for exchange.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Once the package has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address and the customer wishes to receive it again, the new shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, even for orders that qualified for free shipping. In such cases, any new delivery costs will be charged to the customer.


Delivery Issues or Loss

In the case of loss or other delivery issues caused by our carrier, a new shipment will be arranged, and a new delivery timeline will apply.


Refunds

All approved refunds will be accompanied by a credit memo, which will be provided to the customer.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase.
