Shipping Policy – Maple and Home
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Maple and Home is not responsible for these charges, as they are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@mapleandhome.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

Refunds, Exchanges, and Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. You will be refunded the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mapleandhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We evaluate each issue on a case-by-case basis but will always do our best to make it right.
